 Stand Up, Stand Up!
 For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ . . .
Romans 1:16

 Stand up, stand up for Jesus, ye soldiers of the cross;
Lift high His royal banner, it must not suffer loss.
From vict'ry unto vict'ry His army shall He lead,
Till every foe is vanquished and Christ is Lord indeed.
 Throughout history there have been many people who bravely stood up for Jesus, and some who even gave their lives just so His message could continue to spread around the world. Nothing, not even imprisonment, torture, or death could make them deny Christ; and the course of history was forever changed because of their willingness to take a stand.
 One such person lived in the not-so-distant past. Teenager Cassie Bernall had her life cut short by classmates who asked her one simple question before killing her, "Do you believe in God?" Because she answered "Yes," her mother wrote a book that has touched millions of lives all over the world. One woman opened an orphanage in Honduras because she was so inspired by Cassie's courage.
 You may never know the impact you have on someone by defending your love for Christ; so wherever you are, have the courage to take a stand for Him.

Ay, stand up for Christ! Be noble in it! You never gain anything by sneaking. Stand up for Jesus!
